About the role: We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the delivery of our people programs and help build the foundations of a great employee experience. In this role, you will work closely with our P&C team to coordinate key HR processes, support recruitment activity, and ensure our people operations run smoothly as we scale. Your responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communications. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Assist in the delivery of people programs including performance reviews, engagement surveys and learning & development initiatives. Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers on policy and process queries. Contribute to employer branding, EVP and culture initiatives. Support reporting and analytics across key people metrics. Ensure compliance with workplace legislation and company policies. Your experience and skills: 1–2 years of experience in an HR, People & Culture role. Understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in people. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ATS tools and the Microsoft Office suite. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable).
