The Opportunity We’re looking for a Front Office Manager who thrives in a luxury lifestyle environment and is ready to lead from the front. This is a key leadership role where you will: Be the face of the guest experience setting the tone for delivering memorable moments Lead a team of up to 12 Front Office professionals Execute the successful operational delivery of the Front Office for a 194-room flagship hotel Work across a 7-day flexible roster Partner closely with the Executive Assistant Manager to deliver key metrics including Guest Experience and Commercial Results This is the perfect opportunity for a high-performing Senior Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager or current Front Office Manager ready to elevate their career in a flagship operation. Key responsibilities: Lead the daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless service Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team Manage rostering, payroll and labour within budget Own the Front Office profit & loss performance Drive revenue through upselling and commercial initiatives About You: 2 years proven 5-star experience in a lifestyle, boutique, or luxury hotel environment Experience leading, developing and mentoring, high performing teams. Strong problem-solving and service recovery skills, with the ability to turn challenges into memorable guest experiences. Background in 150 room properties preferred Sound understanding of: Rostering & payroll P&L and cost management Guest experience delivery at a premium level Exposure to revenue/yield management (desirable) Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing role Impeccable presentation and communication skills (verbal, written and listening) A natural host with a passion for delivering standout experiences Unrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to work without sponsorship Why TFE Hotels?
