The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity available for a Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive to join us in either Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne on a full time, permanent basis. Joining as the Bids & Pursuits Senior Executive you'll be responsible for providing support to our Bids & Pursuits Managers in delivering complex and strategic panel and project bids throughout the process from pursuits to presentations. As you grow, you'll also lead the pursuit process and provide support to partners on medium complexity opportunities. This role forms part of our Global Bids & Pursuits team and works collaboratively with the wider Clients, Markets & Growth function. As part of our commitment to driving bid excellence and supporting professional development you will have the opportunity to be mentored by, and work closely with, senior team members. Capability in supporting and leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills, and a proven ability to successfully support complex work-winning processes. Ability to write clear, and succinct content for proposals. Strong communication skills, being able to work with colleagues and stakeholders of all levels.
