You will lead by example, support care staff, and ensure clinical standards are upheld at all times. This is a casual position , ideal for someone seeking flexibility. The successful candidate will be available to work across a range of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and nights as required. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment where your clinical expertise and compassion will be highly valued. No two days are the same! As a Registered Nurse you will: Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care Administer medications and monitor resident health and wellbeing Develop and review care plans in line with individual needs Lead and support care staff, providing guidance and clinical oversight Liaise with families, allied health professionals, and external providers Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards Respond to clinical changes and escalate concerns appropriately A desirable candidate would have: Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) Current National Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in residential aged care (highly regarded) Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Perks & Benefits As a not-for-profit you can reduce your tax by salary packaging up to $15,900 per year for living expenses, bills, rent, mortgage and groceries.
