RetireAustralia is seeking a Senior Administration Assistant to join the team at Bartonvale Gardens Retirement Village The Position In this position, you'll be the responsible for all high-level administrative duties, ensuring that all tasks are performed with precision, timing, and an impeccable sense of professionalism. This role is integral to our Village, ensuring that we are placing our residents at the centre of everything we do. Reporting to the Village Manager, your duties will include: Coordinating the payment of invoices Preparing and receiving revenue in accordance with financial procedures Responding to emergency alarm calls from residents in strict accordance with Village procedures and guidelines Responding and escalating complaints whilst maintaining effective relationships with all residents Liaising with local community groups to co-ordinate the provision of services and social resources Forwarding sales challenges that arise with outgoing residents, incoming residents, solicitors, and all other stakeholders Assessing, reporting, and actioning any risks and hazards Assisting in the completion of WHS Monthly Action Plans We’re on the lookout for someone with: Demonstrated success in a similar role Demonstrated knowledge of current industry developments and standards Sound knowledge in Microsoft Suite, database applications and basic financial systems Ability to build rapport and resilience to deal with client complaints Ability to manage and understand the diverse needs and wants of our clientele National Police Check (or ability to obtain) First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test Our benefits The wellbeing of all RetireAustralia team members is our priority and we regularly run initiatives such as safety training, wellness challenges, mental health awareness programs and a free annual flu vaccination program.
