The Role Working closely with two highly awarded Partners and strong mentors, you’ll gain exposure to a sophisticated mix of global disputes and international arbitration, including: Complex commercial litigation across superior courts, including large-scale and high-value disputes International arbitration (both institutional and ad hoc), often involving cross-border matters Exposure to clients across sectors such as energy, aviation, financial services, and infrastructure Cross-jurisdictional disputes spanning Australia and the Asia-Pacific region Close collaboration with in-house teams and key stakeholders on legal strategy Opportunities to work across Brisbane and international offices, including on joint venture and private equity matters Joint venture and shareholder disputes, particularly across major projects Energy and resources matters, including mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure Class actions and group proceedings Contractual disputes, including long-term supply and agreements Regulatory and risk advisory work connected to high-profile or sensitive matters Disputes involving operational, reputational, and commercial risk for major corporates Strategic advisory work, including crisis management and dispute planning What’s on Offer Well above market salary and benefits package, reflecting the firm’s standing as a top-tier global law firm, with annual reviews.
