Location: South Windsor Start Date: Immediate for the right candidate ONGOING WORK 8-Hour Rotating Roster – Manufacturing Production Operators Manufacturing Production Operators – 8hr Rotating Monday to Friday Roster We are currently recruiting experienced Manufacturing Production Operators for an ongoing opportunity within a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing and machine operating experience who are looking for a structured Monday to Friday rotating roster. Shift Rotation 1 Week Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 1 Week Afternoon Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM Rotates weekly between shifts ✔ Monday to Friday roster ✔ Consistent routine with shift variety ✔ Weekly rotating structure Example 8-Hour Rotation Week 1 – Day Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Week 2 – Afternoon Shift Monday – Friday 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM Then rotate back to Day Shift the following week. Please note: This is not an indication of what your starting roster will look like; this is just an example of how it would work. ️ Key Responsibilities Operating production and manufacturing machinery Monitoring production lines and ensuring efficient output Accurately recording production information and data Assembling water filtration products and components Manual handling and repetitive process work Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Assisting across production areas as required Meeting daily production and quality targets ✅ What We’re Looking For We are specifically seeking candidates with: Previous manufacturing or factory experience Machine operating experience in a production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication and reliability Physical capability to complete repetitive and manual tasks Reliable transport due to limited public transport access Candidates with a strong manufacturing background and experience operating machinery will be highly regarded.
