Key Responsibilities • Prepare and present a diverse range of high-quality dishes with consistency, creativity, and strong attention to detail. • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus, new dishes, and daily specials. • Contribute to menu planning with a focus on fresh ingredients, quality, and cost efficiency. • Maintain high standards of taste, portion control, and presentation across all services. • Support, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and efficient team environment. • Manage kitchen stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure minimal waste practices are followed. • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times. • Assist with catering, functions, and special events to ensure a high-quality guest experience(when required). Qualifications and Experience • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification). • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment. • Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and menu development. • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality. • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
