A global premium cookware and consumer goods business is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow key retail partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Country Manager, this role will focus on driving profitable sales growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and expanding market share across major grocery and large format retail customers. The Role As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key retail customers across Australia and New Zealand. You will own the commercial relationship end to end, including joint business planning, range reviews, pricing, promotions and forecasting, ensuring sustainable growth and strong customer partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations and supply to deliver strong outcomes for customers while maximising profitability for the business.
