To support this growth, we are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation (depending upon experience & skills) Role: Full time Location: Wetherhill Park, NSW 2164 Main responsibilities ·Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. ·Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and demand patterns to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise wastage. ·Develop and maintain forecasting models to support procurement and production planning. ·Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery. ·Evaluate supplier performance, lead times, and pricing to support sourcing decisions. ·Prepare reports and dashboards on key supply chain metrics such as inventory turnover, order fulfilment, and stock accuracy. ·Assist in demand planning and production scheduling aligned with business and customer requirements. ·Identify risks within the supply chain and recommend mitigation strategies. ·Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, distribution, and procurement functions. ·Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal operational procedures. Qualifications & Skills ·Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. ·Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or logistics coordination within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. ·Proven experience in inventory control, demand planning, and stock optimisation, with a strong track record of improving stock accuracy and reducing wastage. ·Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting). ·Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualisation tools for reporting and business insights. ·Practical experience working with ERP systems (e.g., MYOB or similar) and supply chain data systems. ·Demonstrated ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. ·Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution. ·Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
