Job Description Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing a remote portfolio while supporting clients across our region. This opportunity is Sydney based with exposure to regional work, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a flexible FIFO-style arrangement while remaining connected to the Sydney team. This permanent role will involve travel to the South West NSW region (Albury/Wagga/Griffith area) approximately 1-2 times per month. Outside of travel, your day-to-day responsibilities will remain consistent with your current role. As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored solutions Design, implement and monitor rehabilitation programs to support RTW outcomes Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve sustainable outcomes Manage a remote caseload effectively while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
