About the Position: The Systems Analyst role is critical to the successful deployment of ERP and Payroll platforms for our growing client base. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, analysing client business processes and requirements, configuring and customising systems to meet specific needs, and delivering high-quality consulting services that ensure smooth transitions and ongoing value for clients. This position plays a key part in driving Stratus’ growth by maintaining positive client relationships and contributing to high-standard project outcomes in our specialist ERP environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for ERP and Payroll systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timeline constraints. Analyse client processes and requirements to propose customised solutions. Configure and customise ERP systems to align with client-specific business needs. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Develop and maintain project documentation and user manuals to support ongoing system maintenance and enhancements. Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities. Ensure timely resolution of client issues or queries escalated from the support desk. Maintain positive working relationships with Stratus team members and clients while meeting performance and utilisation targets set by senior management. Undertake additional project or consulting work as required. Requirements : Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. Degree-qualified in Information Systems and Commerce at Bachelor level or higher. Degree-qualified in Professional Accounting at Master’s level (or demonstrated equivalent knowledge of accounting fundamentals and business processes). Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing ERP and Payroll platforms. Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment. Demonstrated experience with relational database theory and fundamentals. Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, MS Reports or other similar tools.
