The Company: A B2B exhibition and conference organiser based in Sydney are looking for a great new team member to join their Delegate Sales team. The company puts together sensational conferences, trade shows and summits as well as professional training programs and have a great core well established team. Position Terms: Full-Time, Permanent Role Working 4 days in the office, 1 from home Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus super plus commission/bonus The Role: The Delegate Sales Manager will be responsible for delegate sales for all the events that the business organises, selling tickets to the events and trade shows and ensuring maximum capacity attendance. This role will see you cold calling as well as reaching out to an existing list of potential delegates from clients lists and getting the tickets sold for events for people to attend. Key responsibilities will include: Cold calling potential delegates and getting people to purchase tickets to events Working with clients to identify potential attendees for events Calling lists of potential delegates and getting sales across the line for attendance Building strong relationships with C-Suite Executive in portfolio areas Research, identify and qualify potential delegates to ensure the right fit for each event The Candidate: This role requires someone that can cold call, research and find delegates that want to attend events. Finding potential delegates from client lists, calling and converting them from leads into sales.
