They are now seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their payroll team. Why consider this role? $85k – $95k Super (dependent upon experience) Hybrid working arrangements (2 from home) Strong culture within a cohesive, high performing team True business partnering with operational leaders Exposure to complex awards, enterprise agreements and shift work About the Role Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you’ll support a fortnightly payroll of approximately 250 employees in a 24/7 operating environment. The role is hands‑on and suited to someone confident managing complex payrolls. Key responsibilities include: End‑to‑end payroll processing Manual payroll calculations including shifts, penalties, overtime and back pays Managing high‑volume timesheet exceptions Interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements Payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance support Building strong relationships with line managers About you Proven payroll experience within complex environment Confident supporting varied shift patterns and/or 24/7 operations Strong manual payroll calculation capability Intermediate Excel skills (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with the business UKG Workforce Ready experience highly desirable If you’re looking for a technically interesting payroll role within a people‑focused environment who embraces change, I’d love to hear from you.
