Senior Commercial Interior Designer (8–10 Years Experience) An established design-led studio is looking for a Senior Commercial Interior Designer with 8–10 years’ experience to lead and shape high-quality commercial projects. This role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time) and is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong design voice and leadership capability. You will play a key role in driving concept development, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of refined, design-led outcomes across workplace and hospitality environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design direction across multiple commercial projects from concept through to completion Translate client vision into cohesive, innovative, and value-driven design solutions Oversee documentation quality, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical standards Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers within a collaborative studio environment Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy, client engagement, and design excellence Key Requirements: 8–10 years’ experience in commercial interior architecture or design Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end workplace and/or hospitality projects Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships Exceptional design, conceptual, and storytelling skills Highly collaborative, adaptable, and confident in decision-making
