Job Title: Account Manager – Retail (B2C & B2B) Location: Brisbane (North Brisbane & Southside Department: Sales Reports To: Business Development Manager (BDM) Remuneration: Circa $85,000 – $95,000 $15,000 bonus Tool of Trade Vehicle (Ute) Position Purpose The Account Manager – Retail will support the Business Development Manager in managing a portfolio of retail (B2C) stores and trade (B2B) partners across the Brisbane region, including North Brisbane and Southside/Logan. Key accounts include Kitchen Connection and Kitchen Group , requiring a confident, hands-on relationship manager with strong retail experience. This role is focused on strengthening in-store relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all retail locations. Key Responsibilities Account Management (Retail & Trade) Manage and grow relationships with retail stores and trade partners across Brisbane. Build strong connections with store managers, franchisees, and key stakeholders. Take ownership of key accounts including Kitchen Connection and Kitchen Group. Ensure a high level of service and consistent engagement across all accounts. Proactively resolve client queries and day-to-day issues. Sales & Account Growth Drive sales performance across retail stores and trade accounts. Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts. Execute account plans aligned with broader business objectives. Merchandising & In-Store Execution Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained across all locations. Support product launches, promotions, and in-store campaigns. Work closely with store teams to optimise product placement and presentation. Client Engagement & Training Deliver product training to retail staff and trade partners. Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts. Build strong product knowledge and capability within store teams. Collaboration & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and opportunities. Provide insights and feedback from the retail and trade network. Report on sales performance and account growth opportunities. Work Environment Full-time role based in Brisbane with regular travel across North Brisbane and Southside/Logan. Strong focus on in-store visits, relationship management, and sales execution.
