Our client, a well-established and innovative player in the lighting and electrical solutions space, is seeking a driven and experienced Lighting BDM to join their team in Sydney . This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with strong relationships in the wholesale electrical market and a passion for providing value-driven lighting solutions. Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing sales of the company’s lighting products through electrical wholesalers across Sydney and NSW . You’ll be on the road meeting with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting distributors with training, product knowledge, and joint customer visits. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth within the wholesale channel Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and trade events Work closely with internal product and technical teams to deliver solutions Monitor market trends and competitor activity Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a lighting or electrical sales role Strong network within electrical wholesalers in NSW Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work autonomously Excellent communication and presentation skills Technical understanding of lighting products and solutions (preferred)
