About the Role: A well-regarded accounting firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming enquiries and administrative tasks within the team Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring compliance standards are met Assist with invoicing, follow-ups, and lodgement documentation Coordinate meetings and manage calendars Provide backup reception support, including greeting clients and handling calls professionally Assist with general ad-hoc administrative duties as required Skills & Experience: Ideally 4 years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience with ATO and/or ASIC processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong ownership of work Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion Experience with MYOB AE highly regarded About the Company: Our client is a respected accounting firm known for its supportive culture, strong values, and commitment to excellence.
