About the role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships within the commercial cleaning industry. In this role, you will lead the front end of the sales pipeline—identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and supporting growth across key sectors. You’ll play a key role in aligning business development activity with company growth targets. Hours: Part time, Mon to Fri 9:30am - 3:30pm (30hrs per week) Location: Onsite at level 4, 18 Thomson Street, South Melbourne What you'll be doing Manage and grow the sales pipeline using CRM (PipeDrive) Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Plan and execute industry events, tradeshows, and networking activities Lead and support end-to-end bid and tender processes Track performance, maintain accurate records, and report on pipeline activity What you'll bring Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong track record managing the full sales cycle and achieving targets Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Strong organisational skills with attention to detail A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach What's in it for you?
