James Milson Village is building a casual pool of Registered Nurses to support our residential aged care home in Woolwich . This opportunity suits experienced RNs seeking casual flexibility across a variety of shifts, who are confident providing safe, accountable and resident focused care within a supportive aged care environment. The role As a casual RN, you will: Provide clinical care and oversight across AM, PM and night shifts Support and supervise care staff to ensure resident safety and quality care Respond to clinical issues, escalation and documentation requirements Administer medications and complete clinical assessments Step into RN in Charge responsibilities when required Shifts are offered based on operational need, planned leave and surge coverage. About you Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions Experience working as a Registered Nurse in aged care, acute or sub acute settings Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Reliable, professional and adaptable across varying shift types Availability across AM, PM and overnight shifts Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded. Nurses with acute or sub acute backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
