About the Role ShareSorted is experiencing rapid growth and expansion across our residential portfolio, and we are building out a high-performance operations team to support this scale. We’re searching for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join us as a full-time, in-house operator, taking full ownership of maintenance operations and issue resolution across a large and growing portfolio. As we continue to expand, this role will play a critical part in maintaining service standards, driving fast job completion, and ensuring occupant issues are resolved quickly and professionally. You will be responsible for managing all incoming maintenance through PropertyMe, operating as the central point of control between occupants, contractors, and internal teams. This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on execution, speed, and outcomes. You will be expected to take control, move quickly, and deliver results daily in a fast-scaling environment. What You’ll Be Doing Managing all incoming maintenance jobs via PropertyMe across the portfolio Working closely with your dedicated administrative assistant to maintain workflow efficiency Triaging, prioritising, and assigning jobs immediately upon receipt Driving job completion through constant follow-up with contractors and stakeholders Maintaining full visibility over all open jobs and ensuring nothing sits idle Chasing contractors, property managers, and suppliers to meet deadlines Resolving occupant issues quickly and professionally Handling escalations and difficult situations with confidence and professionalism Reducing job backlog and improving turnaround times across the portfolio Ensuring all jobs are accurately logged, updated, and closed in PropertyMe Identifying recurring issues and escalating where required Maintaining clear, direct communication with all stakeholders at all times Maintaining full end-to-end ownership of all maintenance jobs from initial report through to completion and closure Ensuring every job is fully documented in PropertyMe, including clear notes, updates, timestamps, and outcomes Uploading and verifying supporting evidence such as photos, contractor reports, and completion records Ensuring all communication and actions are recorded accurately to create a complete audit trail Monitoring job progress to ensure no gaps, delays, or undocumented actions Maintaining compliance with internal processes and documentation standards across all jobs Ensuring all jobs are closed correctly with sufficient detail to support any future dispute or review What We’re Looking For A high-performing Senior Property Manager who thrives under pressure Strong experience managing maintenance requests end-to-end Proven ability to handle difficult occupants and resolve issues effectively Experience working across high-volume property portfolios A proactive operator who takes ownership and drives outcomes Someone who does not wait, you follow up, push, and close Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator across phone and written channels Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Job Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential property management Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence Proven experience managing maintenance in a live portfolio environment Strong track record of handling escalations and resolving occupant issues Experience working with PropertyMe or similar property management systems Ability to manage high job volumes and prioritise effectively Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Full Australian working rights Valid driver’s licence Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle for work-related travel Why Join Us Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 super (depending on experience) Work directly with leadership in a high-performance environment Take ownership of a critical function within the business Be part of a fast-growing property company operating at scale You will be provided with a dedicated administrative assistant to handle administrative tasks and support job processing Additional administrative support will be provided as required as the business grows Opportunity to drive real operational impact across the portfolio Long-term growth opportunities as the business continues to expand Additional Expectations Occasional after-hours and weekend availability may be required to manage urgent maintenance issues or escalations This is not a constant requirement, but flexibility and ownership are essential Final Note This is not a coordination or low-pressure role You will be expected to take full ownership of maintenance and issue resolution If you are used to a slower-paced environment, this role will not be suitable Application Process Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical task simulating real maintenance and issue scenarios prior to interview.
