About the role As a Senior Claims Executive , you’ll be responsible for managing claims in line with policy conditions and service standards, delivering exceptional client outcomes. You’ll take ownership of a mixed portfolio, working closely with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage the end to end claims process, including complex and non standard matters. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders on claims matters Assess claims through policy interpretation and review of individual circumstances Advocate on behalf of clients to achieve optimal settlement outcomes Manage and negotiate complex and non-standard claims Collaborate with Claims Leaders to deliver tailored solutions Support dispute resolution processes, including IDR and EDR (AFCA) About You 5 years experience in a client facing claims role Strong understanding of claims processes, policy interpretation, and lodgement Knowledge of insurance products across commercial or SME portfolios Excellent negotiation, influencing, and client advocacy skills Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with solid commercial acumen Why Gallagher?
