Join an established Australian business Fantastic step into a broad in-house commercial role Dynamic, fast-paced, growing organisation Our client, an established Australian business is seeking a mid to Senior Associate level corporate/commercial lawyer to join its collaborative legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the primary focus of the role is to provide commercially astute legal advice to the business. This work includes: drafting and advising on contractual arrangements; property development; construction; general commercial and operational matters; regulatory compliance; procurement; and managing any litigation. Ideally the successful candidate would offer at least 4 years’ general commercial experience preferably gained in a well regarded firm. High level contract drafting and review skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of commercial acumen, and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders is required for this role.
