Spray Painter We are searching for a Spray Painter at our Bankstown facility. Snapshot of the role: Routinely interprets technical drawings and completes traceability documentation according to the quality requirements of the manufacturing process Exercises discretion within level of skills, knowledge and experience Implements and manages WH&S policies and procedures and quality assurance procedures Applies skill to task with no quality issues Achieves outcomes at the productivity and efficiency level require Is able to train others as the subject matter expert through on the job training May perform formal assessments of other Employees after having been assessed as successfully completing the necessary training and assessment requirements/qualifications to the requisite standard Competent and experienced painter demonstrating the requisite skills What we are looking for: Certification in a nationally recognised Paint Qualification Demonstrative commitment to Workplace Health and Safety and Quality work standards The ability to understand and follow written work instructions High level of attention to detail Willingness to learn and flexibility around job task Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded Who we are For over two decades, we have enabled people to do great things in Aerospace globally.
