Human Resources Officer TeamHEALTH is a for-purpose organisation dedicated to supporting people living with mental health challenges across the Northern Territory. We are the only non-faith-based, grassroots mental health organisation focused solely on the NT. Our deep connection to the Territory means we understand the unique needs of our communities — from urban centres to remote regions. The Human Resources Officer provides essential administrative support to the HR functions whilst ensuring a positive customer experience for all stakeholders. Reporting to the HR Coordinator the position will be responsible to ensure the Human Resources Systems are accurately maintained. The role will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service across all stakeholders to successfully support Human Resource strategy objectives, including end to end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of staff, supporting with training and education initiatives, Work, Health and Safety, maintenance of human resources records and data entry. The Human Resources Officer will be required to support the wider Business Services team with general office and reception duties as required. TeamHEALTH operates in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires the role to be flexible, reliable, adaptable, a good listener and communicator with the ability to use initiative in performance of work. At times the Human Resources Officer may be required to provide support or assistance to other areas of TeamHEALTH, which may involve travel and weekly or overnight absences.
