About the role Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide advice across a broad range of property matters, supporting a diverse and interesting portfolio. Your work will include: Drafting and negotiating long‑term leases, licenses and site access agreements. Supporting property and asset acquisitions, including due diligence and documentation. Advising on property portfolio matters such as renewals, extensions, relocations and site‑specific issues. Providing guidance on regulatory, compliance, planning and WHS matters connected to property operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver clear, commercial and practical advice. Supporting ad hoc legal matters across the business as needed. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to end‑to‑end matters. About you You will be mid-level property lawyer who has gained relevant transactional and leasing experience in private practice or in-house. You will likely bring: 3–6 years’ post‑qualification experience in property law. Solid drafting and negotiation skills with good commercial judgment. A practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
