Whether you’re an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Specialist or coming from a project coordination background, this role offers autonomy, variety and visibility. You’ll work with operational teams across regional WA, suppliers, senior leaders and our Finance & Corporate Services group. We’ll be asking you to act as a point of escalation for full contract lifecycle activities and help us elevate contract management and sourcing capability across the organisation. This position sits within the Finance & Corporate Services team and reports to the Commercial Manager, working alongside the Contracts Lead. You’ll also be mentoring a Contracts Administrator. Your impact in role, if you choose to join us • This is your chance to play a key role in supporting critical operational contracts that keep our networks running safely and efficiently. • Coordinating end‑to‑end contracting processes - planning, sourcing / RFQs, evaluation support, award administration and supplier communication. • Acting as a key liaison point between stakeholders and contractors. Keep work moving, clarifying requirements and supporting timely outcomes. • Providing recommendations and practical advice by interpreting contract terms. Supporting stakeholders apply them in a real-world operational environment. • Oversee contract administration, obligations, variations, compliance and document governance. • Ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms, whilst supporting risk management in day-day decisions. • Building positive working relationships with internal teams, regional operations and external suppliers. What you’ll need you to bring • Tertiary qualifications in business, law, contract management or related fields. • Experience in contracts administration, ideally within utilities, energy, operations or similar asset‑heavy environments. • Sound working knowledge of works, services, goods and O&M contracts, PPAs, facilities contracts or operational service agreements. • A hands-on approach to supporting sourcing activities (RFQs, RFTs) and navigating the full contract lifecycle. • Confidence to build productive relationships and contribute to commercially favourable outcomes. • Ability to mentor, engage, influence and negotiate.
