The role ALS Environmental in Wangara has an exciting opportunity for an Organics Supervisor to join the Organics team. This full-time role is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career by supporting and driving team performance to achieve production targets. Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, your daily duties will include: Ensuring the Organics section is appropriately resourced and maximizing utilization of instruments and staff. Overseeing the scheduling and management of work within the Organics team to achieve target delivery compliance. Ensuring compliance with budgets and project deliverables. Providing leadership and management of Organics staff through training and development. Providing technical support to Client Services regarding holding times, customer queries, and project scopes. Continually reviewing processes and driving innovation to improve efficiency through equipment upgrades, method improvements, and implementation of new technologies, including automation. Performing other duties related to the successful operation and administration of the laboratory, as requested by laboratory management.
