Responsibilities : Managing product selection, inventory levels, and customer service standards Developing and implementing purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies Promoting and advertising the business’s products and services Assisting customers with purchases and providing product advice Maintaining stock records and financial transaction reports Preparing and monitoring budgets for business operations Recruiting, training, and supervising staff Ensuring workplace compliance with occupational health and safety requirement Skills and Experience : Minimum of 3 years relevant experience Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to manage stock, pricing, and product displays Experience supervising, training, and supporting staff Good understanding of budgeting and daily business operations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
