The Opportunity: We have a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our People and Culture team based in Perth’s CBD. This is a unique opportunity to develop and grow your career by receiving hands on support and development from an experienced People & Culture team. You will play a key role within the team, using your exceptional administration experience to handle confidential employee records, provide recruitment and onboarding support, and employee life-cycle support whilst promoting our values and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Our ideal candidate will have: At least 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Certificate IV or above in Human Resource Management and/or Employment Relations. Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system and the National Employment Standards. Impeccable organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to attend recruitment Fairs (inc. overnight stays). Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel. Ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to deal with change and shifting priorities across the team. Ability to escalate / report / inform issues with the team as appropriate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take on new responsibilities and opportunities as they arise. Willingness to support with training and development where needed. Previous experience administering Human Resource and Safety systems (desirable not essential). Experience with Workday (HRIS) (desired but not essential).
