It is a modern Australian 400 seat Restaurant and Bar with stunning mountain views, indoor and outdoor dining. The Growers by Ponte is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated chef to join their team. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine. Creativity and high presentation standards Ability to create dishes with consistency. Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes. Ability to contribute to menu planning. Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements. Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff. Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering stock. To be considered for the position you must possess the following: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
