The program is designed to support graduate nurses in building and refining the clinical skills acquired during their Bachelor of Nursing studies. Its core aim is to promote the delivery of safe, competent, evidence-based, and person-centred care across a variety of clinical settings, as you transition into your role as a Registered Nurse. About you Bachelor of Nursing Registration with AHPRA Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member Ability to accept direction and accept suggestions for change to practice as a beginner practitioner Demonstrated ability to problem solve Effective time management and organisational skills Motivated & open to learning opportunities Application Process: All applicants must be eligible and registered to participate in the PMCV Allocation and Placement Service (listing Dhelkaya Health as one of your preferred hospitals). Applicants must have completed all clinical placements and be eligible for registration with AHPRA by the commencement of the program. The Graduate Program will have a single start date with all 9 Graduates starting on Monday 25th of January 2027.
