Our client, a well-established and respected strata management company based in South Sydney, is seeking a Senior Strata Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of 20 schemes (800 lots). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing team while managing a substantial and varied portfolio across residential and commercial strata, with flexibility to work from home one day per week . What You’ll Be Doing: Full responsibility for a portfolio of 20 schemes, including 800 lots, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Managing and supporting owners, committees, contractors, and residents to deliver outstanding service. Preparing budgets, levies, reports, and correspondence accurately and efficiently. Organising and attending meetings, including AGM’s and committee meetings, while maintaining compliance with strata legislation. Leveraging Strata Master and Strata Connect to streamline processes and improve workflow. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in strata management, with a strong understanding of legislation and best practice. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schemes and deliver results under tight deadlines. High level of professionalism and excellent relationship management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with owners, committees, and contractors. Proficiency in Strata Master and Strata Connect is essential.
