Our small boutique service in Marrickville is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our team and continue building a positive, nurturing culture where children thrive and educators feel supported. About the Role As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service while mentoring and supporting a small team of educators. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality practices, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with families and the local community. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of educators across the service Ensure compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and centre policies Build positive relationships with children, families, and the community Oversee daily operations including staffing, rosters, and occupancy Mentor and develop educators to achieve best practice Drive a positive team culture and collaborative environment Maintain high standards of health, safety, and documentation Support curriculum planning and quality improvement initiatives About You Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Centre Director, or strong 2IC Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF Strong leadership and communication skills Passionate about creating high-quality learning environments Ability to build strong relationships with families and staff Current Working With Children Check First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications What We Offer Supportive and welcoming team culture Small centre environment with strong community connections Opportunity to make a genuine impact Ongoing professional development and leadership support Competitive salary package up to $120,000 super based on qualifications and experience If you are a passionate leader looking to join a warm and supportive early learning service in Marrickville, we would love to hear from you.
