As a Management Coordinator at Autolift Garage Doors & Gates, you will be responsible for coordinating organisational operations, administrative systems and workflow processes across installation, servicing and maintenance activities. This position requires strong organisational, analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities and Tasks: Coordinate organisational procedures, administrative systems and operational workflows across installation, servicing and maintenance activities. Analyse operational processes and workflow performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and service delivery. Assist management in developing and implementing operational procedures, reporting systems and administrative processes. Coordinate scheduling activities, resource allocation and workflow planning for installation and maintenance projects. Prepare operational reports, performance summaries and internal documentation to support management decision-making. Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety standards, company procedures and operational policies. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, technicians and customers to support effective operational coordination and communication. Support procurement coordination and inventory monitoring of garage door components, motors and automated gate systems. Assist with the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational performance. Maintain accurate business records, operational documentation and reporting systems to support organisational activities. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as a Management Coordinator Strong organisational and coordination skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to develop and improve operational procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
