As an Contract Administrator at Hudor Integrated Services, you will be responsible for supporting the company's operational and commercial activities by managing contract administration functions, coordinating subcontractor compliance, maintaining service agreements, and ensuring the efficient delivery of cleaning and facility services across multiple client sites. Responsibilities and Tasks: Administer and manage service contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supplier arrangements across multiple operational sites. Coordinate contractor onboarding, ensuring all licenses, insurances, inductions, and compliance documentation are current and maintained. Monitor contractor and supplier performance to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, company standards, and client expectations. Assist with preparing quotations, tenders, contract variations, and service agreements. Maintain accurate contract records, schedules, reports, and operational documentation. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth service delivery and resolve operational issues efficiently. Process purchase orders, invoices, payment claims, and contract-related administrative tasks. Support operational managers in scheduling, workforce coordination, and service planning activities. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Conduct regular follow-ups and inspections to ensure quality assurance and service standards are consistently achieved. Prepare operational and performance reports for management review. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, contractor performance, and cost control. Support client relationship management by responding to service requests and maintaining professional communication with stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and administrative process enhancements. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification Minimum 1 year experience in contract administration. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems. Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and contractor compliance processes. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38‑hour work week.
