We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pedagogy & Practice Manager to lead educational excellence across our growing portfolio of services. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about curriculum, intentional teaching, reflective practice, and mentoring educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children. You will work closely with Centre Directors, leadership teams, and educators to strengthen educational programs, embed best practice, and create a culture of continuous improvement across all centres. To be successful, you will have: Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and National Regulations Demonstrated experience in educational leadership within early childhood education A genuine passion for pedagogy, curriculum, and educator development Experience supporting services through Assessment & Rating Strong mentoring, coaching, and relationship-building skills The ability to influence, guide, and motivate teams toward excellence A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset Little Zak's Child Safety Commitment Little Zak’s Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
