I am partnering with a global OEM, to recruit a Senior Sales Engineer - this company is specialised in manufacturing machinery and components used to power fixed plant assets across the mining, industrial, energy and agricultural sectors. The Senior Sales Engineer will be the key interface between the customer, manufacturing, engineering and management – providing product and service solutions to their operational needs. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a blend of key account and new business development – there is an extremely strong customer base already to build from. Evaluate customer requirements, understand pain points and present product solutions. Have a deep understanding of the WA market and your products, focusing on – mining, industrial machinery, agriculture and energy sectors. Build genuine relationships from trust and track record of delivery. Turn technical product enquiries into commercial results. Manage warranty and service claims. Skills & qualifications you will possess: Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or trade background – or equivalent industry knowledge. A deep understanding of mechanical components and fixed plant machinery. A proven track record managing sales accounts and generating new business in Western Australia.
