Full Job Description Position: Construction Surveyor Location: Fly-Out from Perth Salary: Up to $70 per hour About the Role: An excellent opportunity has opened for an experienced Construction Surveyor to join a leading Western Australian surveying firm. This role offers the flexibility of either a permanent or contract position, depending on your preference. You will be working on a variety of major infrastructure projects across the state. Operating on a roster, you will provide high-level survey support to ensure project accuracy and success. This is a great chance for a surveyor who enjoys the variety of infrastructure work—from roads and bridges to large-scale earthworks—while earning a top-tier hourly rate. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate set-outs for civil and infrastructure components. Conduct as-built surveys and topographic surveys as required. Work on a range of projects including roadworks, concrete structures, and earthworks. Assist with the setup and management of machine guidance systems. Process site data and prepare accurate reports for project engineers. Maintain a high standard of safety and care while working in busy site environments. What You'll Bring: Strong background in construction or civil surveying. Proficiency with modern total stations, GPS/GNSS, and leveling equipment. Experience with survey software (such as Civil 3D, Magnet, or Terramodel). Ability to work well on a FIFO roster and hit the ground running.
