This role is key to ensuring exceptional fit, quality, and construction from sample stage through to final production. What you’ll do: Measuring & checking construction of all samples including but not limited to prototypes, testing samples & pre-production samples. Preparing & attending fit sessions where you will scribe & have input into improvements of each product. Updating specifications & sample comments with relevant changes from fittings. Creating & concisely relaying detailed fit comments to our offshore team. Ensuring upkeep of tech files with accurate construction details, measurement details, & graded spec details. Timely communication with internal & offshore team via project management platform to maintain development timelines. Liaising with offshore team on issues regarding patterns, fit & workmanship. Sample requests, tracking & management once received. Capture & record product test sample feedback. Managing workflow across multiple projects, helping to maintain the critical path with the design team, & meeting key deadlines What you will bring: 3 years’ experience in a similar position Tertiary education in Fashion Design; Technology is essential Tech pack & garment spec knowledge is essential Pattern making skills preferred Apparel CAD experience desirable. Proficiency in relevant software & tools (eg, MS Excel, Word; Outlook, Google Drive, Adobe Illustrator, Monday.com Strong organisational skills to manage workload across multiple projects and adhere to critical path deadlines Thorough work ethic with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment Excellent written and; verbal communication skills. Quality-driven: Committed to delivering the best product or service.
