Where you will be working Newly created role with SouthEast Qld’s BIGGEST privately owned development company Make this role your own and work very closely and collaboratively with their Development Manager, CFO and Commercial Manager! This position is hands on and very autonomous. Conveniently situated on the CBD Fringe. What you will be doing Manage the financial accounting function by: Full month-end process — GL journals, accruals and invoice reviews Monthly P&L and project reporting Project costing, feasibility analysis and claim reviews Balance sheet reconciliations and divisional variance reporting 3-way budgets, forecasts and weekly operational cost reports Quarterly board financial reports and senior management advice Project feasibilities and forecast support for the Property team Payroll review, external audit support and CFO partnership What you need… CPA/CA qualified (Ideal) with a minimum of 5 years in a comparable senior finance role Solid grasp of company taxation obligations and multi-entity financial reporting Hands-on experience with MYOB Advance and advanced Excel skills Background in a business with multiple entities or divisions — property or construction experience a bonus Current Australian driver's license What’s in it for you… Highly competitive salary package Weekly on-site personal training Vibrant social team culture On-site Pickleball court Newly created - make it your own What you need to do… Email your resume through today to nelita@majerrecruitment.com.au or apply now.
