Responsibilities Duties of a Client Care Coordinator: · Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy · Manage client enquiries across various platforms · Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery · Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy · Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards · Manage client payments across multiple platforms · Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information Qualifications About you: · Exceptional customer service skills, you are an effective and clear communicator · Intermediate Microsoft suit experience · Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment · An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner as and when required · Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a fast-paced environment · Looking for professionals with exceptional resilience and learning capabilities
