Role Overview: This is a hands-on role working across warehouse operations, including machine operation, loading/unloading, and customer interaction. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Operate overhead/gantry cranes and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles Forklift operation (daily use) Assist customers with a professional and friendly approach Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace Follow and promote strict safety procedures Mandatory Requirements – Please do not apply if you do not meet the below: Proven experience operating gantry cranes (essential) Current forklift licence (essential) Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment Strong understanding of safe loading and unloading practices To Be Successful: Reliable with a strong work ethic Safety-focused with good awareness of site procedures Able to work both independently and within a team Confident communicator Available for Monday–Friday work with early starts What’s on Offer: $38ph penalties Monday to Friday | 5:30am – 2:30pm Consistent, stable work with early finishes Supportive team environment Long-term opportunity with career growth If you meet the essential requirements and are ready to step into a solid, long-term role, we want to hear from you.
