We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Driller to join our operations in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, maintaining safety standards, and supporting exploration and production activities in mining and resource environments. Position: Driller Location : Unit 2, 5 Townsend Street, Malaga, Perth WA 6090 Full-time Permanent Position Key Responsibilities Operate surface and underground drilling and mining plant in accordance with safety procedures Dismantle, move, and reassemble drilling rigs and associated plant equipment Take samples of ore, liquids, and gases and package them for laboratory analysis Monitor drilling operations and ensure safety of workers and site compliance at all times Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including cleaning and lubricating drilling equipment Record operational data and maintain accurate logs of drilling activities and results Undertake development work including opening shafts, drives, air vents, rises, and related structures Position explosives in boreholes and assist with priming and safe detonation procedures (where required) Connect wires, fuses, and detonating cords in accordance with safety regulations Operate auxiliary equipment such as pumps to remove air, water, and drilling mud Ensure all work complies with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards Personal Attributes Strong attention to safety and detail in all operational activities Physically fit and able to work in remote and demanding environments Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or within a team Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with site personnel Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow technical instructions accurately Commitment to safe work practices and compliance standards Position Details Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week) Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 superannuation per annum (based on experience and qualifications) Location: Malaga, Perth WA Qualifications: AQF Certificate II or III in Drilling Operations (or related field), or at least 1 year of relevant Driller experience Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in drilling operations within mining, construction, or resource sectors How to Apply: Please submit your CV on the Portal
