Key Responsibilities Culinary Excellence: Prepare, cook, and present complete meals and high-quality Korean dishes according to restaurant guidelines. Menu Innovation: Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, seasonal item development, and ensuring top-tier food presentation. Kitchen Management: Handle food and equipment ordering, stock control, and daily kitchen maintenance. Leadership & Training: Supervise and train kitchen staff and assistants on cooking fundamentals and plating standards. Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene regulations and food safety standards at all times. What We Are Looking For High-Volume Experience: Proven experience working in a high-pressure, high-volume restaurant environment (regularly catering to over 200 dining customers ) Korean Cuisine Expertise: Proven experience with authentic Korean culinary techniques and flavors is essential. Qualifications: Culinary certification or equivalent professional experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in food safety, sanitation, inventory management, and various kitchen equipment. Resilience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a collaborative team. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and floor staff.
