Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end data migration from legacy systems into Pronto Xi, ensuring accuracy and integrity Develop and maintain Cognos BI reports and dashboards Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimise data processes Perform data validation and reconciliation across finance and operational datasets Ensure compliance with data governance standards and drive continuous improvement Required Skills Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation Experience in ERP/system migration projects (Pronto Xi highly regarded) Experience with Cognos BI or similar reporting tools Knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with ETL tools, Python or PowerShell, and advanced Excel (Power Query, pivots) Industry experience in construction or related sectors Exposure to APIs or data integration methods
