The Role: You’ll work closely with children, young people, and their families to support communication, connection, and independence within a truly neuro-affirming framework. Expect to: Deliver individualised, strengths-based therapy in a clinic setting Support Autistic children and young people across a range of presentations Work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team Empower families, carers, and educators with practical, sustainable strategies Contribute to group programs and innovative service delivery Why this role is different This team doesn’t just talk about neuro-affirming practice, they live it.
