About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Casual Handyman to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Hemmant site. This is a varied role involving general labouring, basic maintenance and repairs, forklift operation, welding tasks, and material handling. Key Responsibilities General labouring and operational support Loading, unloading, moving, and handling materials Waste removal and site housekeeping Assisting with daily tasks as required Maintenance & Repairs Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs Maintain equipment, fixtures, and facilities Assist with internal and external maintenance activities Perform welding tasks as required Forklift & Equipment Operation Operate forklifts safely and competently Assist with storage, movement, and organisation of materials Ensure all equipment is used correctly and safely What We’re Looking For Manual driver’s licence Current forklift licence Welding experience Physically fit and capable of manual work Ability to work independently and follow instructions Desirable Experience Trade, mechanical, or maintenance background Previous experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Hand, or Labourer Key Attributes Reliable, punctual, and dependable Practical, hands-on, and willing to help Adaptable with a positive attitude Strong focus on safety and safe work practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Systems & Software (Advantageous) Employment Hero Sign On Site Microsoft Office (Teams & Outlook) Exposure to O365 / SharePoint Why Join Us?
