Position Overview We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new Ermington Centre, set to open at the end of January 2026. This beautiful new service will feature three rooms, providing a warm and engaging space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking passionate Certificate III ,Diploma or Degree qualified Childcare Educators to join the team. This is a hands on, on the floor role where you will lead a room, mentor educators, implement high quality programs, and support children’s growth, curiosity, and development. Responsibilities Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences. Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families. Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment. Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities. Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.
