About the Role We’re growing our People & Culture team and are looking for a hands‑on Blue‑Collar Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our mining and industrial services operations. This is a delivery‑focused role, partnering directly with operational leaders to recruit trades, operators and labour at volume. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer, and play a key role in keeping our projects workforce‑ready. What You’ll be Doing Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar roles across mining and industrial projects Partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and mobilisation timelines Build and maintain talent pipelines to stay ahead of demand Manage job ads, sourcing campaigns and agency relationships Screen, interview, reference‑check and verify right‑to‑work Provide practical advice on hiring options and IR considerations What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience in blue‑collar or high‑volume recruitment Mining, construction or industrial services experience (highly regarded) Strong operational credibility — you speak the language of site Solid knowledge of Australian employment and work rights requirements A practical, people‑focused recruiter who gets things done Why Join Ahrens?
